Accounts and participation

Accounts and participation records are saved. Unreleased events, rewards, social sign-in and on-site identity verification are marked unavailable. They do not guarantee tickets or event places.

Points and reviews

Points have no cash value and cannot be traded. Check in once daily and claim each footprint once per person. Redemption does not reduce growth or level. Human and Codex-assisted reviews can be wrong; awards may be corrected. Appeal through your submission history. If a correction exceeds your balance, future points offset the deficit first.

External services

Tickets and shops are external links. This site does not collect payments. External providers set prices, stock, payment, shipping and return terms.

Deleting all account data

Confirmed deletion permanently removes your account, personal details, points, growth, badges, footprints, evidence images, appeals and related personal records. No anonymous collection is retained. Offline backups expire under the announced retention policy; that period must be published before public launch.
